ElBaradei stops in China on way to N. Korea talks

The United Nations' chief nuclear inspector stopped in Beijing on Monday on his way to North Korea for discussions on how to implement a landmark disarmament agreement. Mohamed ElBaradei, head of the Vienna-based International Atomic Energy Agency, was to meet with Chinese and North Korean officials during the trip, although no details have been released because the meetings have not been finalized.
