Hundreds of Indonesians took part in an all-night march to demand that Muslims be given full control of the Al Aqsa Mosque (the Temple Mount) in Jerusalem, some carrying banners saying "Give it back, it's ours."
About 500 protesters, most of them young men clad in white, arrived in Jakarta early Saturday after completing a 45-kilometer (25-mile) trek from the West Java town of Cileungsi.
"God is great!" and "Al Aqsa is ours!" the demonstrators chanted.
Indonesia does not have diplomatic relations with Israel.
