Iran deal includes approval of civilian nuke plant

US diplomats revealed early Wednesday that among the incentives offered to Iran was a Western agreement to low level Iranian uranium enrichment to be used for civilian power stations. However, the package still demands that Teheran refrain from producing weapons-grade enriched uranium. The diplomats added that the United States would not provide the technology required for nuclear development, rather, the US prefers that the equipment would come from Europe or Russia.
