Iran's FM to meet EU counterparts to discuss nukes

Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki was scheduled to meet EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana, as well as the German, French, and British foreign ministers in Brussels on Monday to discuss his country's nuclear program. According to Israel Radio, European diplomats revealed that they did not expect the talks to be effective. They added Iran must now convince them that it is ready to take real steps in order to resume negotiations.
