Iraq: Three US soldiers killed in roadside blast

A roadside bomb blast killed three US soldiers Tuesday southwest of Baghdad, the military said. The soldiers, assigned to a unit based in Baghdad, were killed by an improvised explosive device, a makeshift mine that is the deadliest killer of US soldiers in Iraq. The names of the soldiers was not immediately released pending notification of relatives.
