Italian Foreign Minister Massimo D'Alema said Tuesday morning that so long as Israel "keeps shooting," Italy will not send their troops to join the UNIFIL coalition in Lebanon. "We expect from Israel an effort, which this time will be applied seriously, to respect the cease-fire," D'Alema said in an interview with the Italian newspaper, "Republica." "It's reasonable to expect that Hizbullah will lay down their weapons, but we won't be able to send our troops if the IDF keeps shooting.
