Japan: N.Korea nuclear test plan a threat to peace

Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe called North Korea's nuclear test plans unacceptable, a news report said Tuesday.
Abe, who took office last week, also said the international community would respond sternly to a test, Kyodo News agency reported.
