Jordan's king in Turkey to discuss Mideast peace, Iraq

Jordan's King Abdullah II arrived in Ankara on Tuesday for talks on Middle East peace, as Israelis and Palestinians prepare for discussions aimed at reaching a settlement following an international summit in the United States. The king was scheduled to discuss the Israeli-Palestinian peace process with President Abdullah Gul and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan during the one-day visit. Turkey has close ties to both Israel and the Palestinians.
