Youths torched fewer than 100 cars overnight in France as three weeks of unrest continued to wane, police said Friday. Around the country, 93 vehicles were torched compared to 98 a day earlier, national police spokeswoman Catherine Casteran said. Twelve people were arrested. "We consider this a return to normal," Casteran said.
