Searches were continuing throughout London on Saturday for a chemical-laced jacket that was reportedly meant to be used by a suicide bomber in a terror attack. Police raided a flat in east London in search of the jacket following intelligence information that indicated its existence. Though the jacket was not found in the apartment, two brothers were arrested at the site on suspicion of terror activity. One of the brothers was wounded when he was shot by police.
