A Moscow building under repair collapsed Saturday and five people were feared trapped inside, emergency officials said. The accident happened Saturday evening when flooring in the building in central Moscow fell down, said Yevgeny Bobylev, spokesman for city emergency officials. He said five people were possibly trapped under the rubble and emergency workers were at the scene trying to rescue them.
