NATO soldier killed by roadside bomb in Afghanistan

One NATO soldier was killed and two others wounded when a roadside bomb hit their vehicle Saturday in eastern Afghanistan, military officials said. The soldiers were on a routine patrol in the eastern province of Paktia, which borders Pakistan, when the blast hit the vehicle, NATO's International Security Assistance Force said. ISAF did not release the nationalities of the soldiers, thought most of the troops in Paktia province are American.
