NKorea: 'Progress' made during visit by US delegation on nuclear dispute

North Korea says it made progress at talks this week with a US delegation on the country's long-running nuclear standoff. The North's Foreign Ministry said Thursday it discussed technical matters about its promised declaration of its nuclear program during a visit by American officials to Pyongyang. The North said the negotiations were "sincere and constructive" and that "progress was made there." It gave no further details about results of the talks. The US delegation arrived earlier Thursday in Seoul from the North, but the Americans have not yet commented publicly on the trip.
