The new video of Osama bin Laden released on Friday appears to be genuine, top CIA officials say. Israel Radio reported that Bin Laden's appearance in the video was his first in three years. The video was released ahead of the 6th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks, and in it Bin Laden tells Americans they should convert to Islam if they want the war in Iraq to end, according to a transcript of the video made by ABC News.
