North Korea denies reports of nuclear cooperation with Syria

North Korea strongly denied Tuesday that it has provided Syria with secret nuclear cooperation. The North's Foreign Ministry made the denial, calling the suspicions an "unskillful conspiracy." It was the first time that the North's government commented on the issue since suspicions arose last week that the communist nation's helped Syria on a nuclear facility.
