Pakistan successfully test-fired a new version of its short-range, nuclear-capable missile on Saturday, a Pakistani military statement said.
The short range ballistic missile Hatf III (Ghazanvi) - which was launched from an undisclosed location in the country - had a range of 290 kilometers (180 miles), and hit its target, the statement said.
