US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said Thursday that the US would continue to press Teheran to stop its nuclear program, even without a detailed international agreement. "Unity is not an end to itself," she said. "The goal is to get a resolution that makes sense in terms of convincing the Iranians that their behavior is not acceptable in the international community."
