Russia, China present obstacles to Iran snactions

Russia and China presented on Friday new reservations over the second draft of the decision by the UN Security Council regarding sanctions against Iran. The decision is meant to push Iran to halt its nuclear program. "There are subjects on which our opinions are very similar and others where we have significant differences," said the Russian ambassador to the UN, Vitali Churkin.
