The secretary of Russia's presidential Security Council was scheduled to travel to Iran for more talks on its nuclear program, Russian news agencies said Monday. Igor Ivanov was set to head to Teheran on Tuesday for talks with Iran's top nuclear negotiator, Ali Larijani, Ivanov's office said in a statement carried by the ITAR-Tass and Interfax news agencies. Ivanov's trip follows an Iranian delegation's visit to Moscow last week.
