International disarmament talks on North Korea's nuclear program stalled in their fourth day Sunday after envoys failed to overcome disagreements on energy assistance to the North.
"There's no particular progress," South Korean Assistant Foreign Minister Chun Yung-woo told reporters after a day of negotiations. "We made a lot of effort."
