South Ossetian president dismisses gov't, declares state of emergency

Reportedly, the president harshly criticized the government's behavior during the humanitarian crisis that transpired following the Georgian attack. The state of emergency is expected to continue for a month. Russian troops were expected to begin pulling out of Georgia later Monday.
