Tbilisi airport area reportedly bombed second time

Warplanes bombed an area near the Tbilisi airport hours after the Georgian president called for a cease-fire in fighting against Russia, a Georgian news Web site reported Sunday evening. The Civil Georgia Web site cited the Interior Ministry as saying the bombing took place about 7 p.m. (1500 GMT) Sunday. The report said the bomb fell on an unpopulated area near the airport. There were no reports of casualties. The ministry said earlier that Russian warplanes dropped several bombs near the airport around dawn.
