UK police arrest terror suspect in Bristol, carry out controlled explosion

Police in southwestern England have carried out a controlled explosion after arresting a man under the terrorism act.
Police say about 30 people were evacuated from their homes in Bristol during the operation early Friday.
They say the controlled explosion followed the arrested of a 19-year-old man the day before. Material from the explosion is being analyzed.
