UN reports 'significant progress' in IDF pullout

Secretary General of the United Nations Kofi Annan said on Tuesday night that there has been "significant progress" in Israel's withdrawal from south Lebanon. Annan stated in a report issued to the UN that it was visibly apparent that "IDF forces have made significant progress in their south Lebanese withdrawal over the past month."
