After being reopened briefly, the Rayburn Capitol Building was again put under lockdown on Friday while Capitol Police investigated a report of shots heard in the structure's parking garage.
Police stressed that they were treating the report as a "very serious matter," but that no one has yet been discovered to be wounded. No shooter has been identified.
