A bill aimed at bolstering American security by strengthening technological development and scientific exchange with countries such as Israel was introduced in the US House Friday. Homeland Security Committee Chair Bennie Thompson (D-Mississippi) and ranking member Peter King (R-NY) sponsored the bi-partisan legislation, which would provide additional funds in the hopes of preventing terror attacks. The sponsors expect the bill to pass.
