Iranian president, Mahmoud Ahmadinijad will announce on Saturday that it has completed a new stage in the country's nuclear plan. A government official claimed that the announcement will acknowledge the "Arak" heavy-water reactor plant, referring to part of the nuclear program which the West fears is aimed at producing nuclear bombs.
