Iranian FM reiterates refusal to halt enrichment

Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki reiterated Tuesday his country would never again suspend uranium enrichment - a move that the United States says is essential for Washington-Teheran negotiations. Demands for enrichment to be suspended were "illegitimate" and "will never materialize," Mottaki told a conference in Teheran. However, Iran is prepared to negotiate about its nuclear program "without any preconditions," he said.
