For the second year in a row, the "Wear Israel" campaign has encouraged companies to change their logos to blue and white, the colors of the national flag to show support for Independence Day.
In less than 24 years, hundreds of companies, businesses and organizations have joined, reported Mako, including Timberland, Lee Cooper, Nautica, Golan Telecom, the Israel Electric Corporation, municipalities of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and other cities,  and others.
A montage of the newly colored logos was posted on Facebook ahead of the Yom Haatzmaut holiday. The project was the brainchild of public relations expert Tal Alexandrovich Segev.
"Part of the DNA of businesses and organizations in Israel is a sense of connection to this place." she told Mako. "The move we initiated enables businesses and organizations to express this value of Israeliness."
