Magen David Adom instructed ambulance drivers to change the siren sound it is using to one that does not resemble an air-siren to prevent panic, it said in a press release on Sunday. Magen David Adom head Eli Bean said that the service would continue to work in any way it can to help the public to lead a normal life during the days of the operation against Hamas.
