Ariel terror victim Gal Keidan, 19, was gifted musician
Keidan was the youngest of three siblings, born to parents who immigrated to Israel in the 1970s from the former Soviet Union.

Photos of Gal Keidan, 19, hiking with a smile and sunglasses or playing the mandolin in high school, circulated on social media in the aftermath of his death in Sunday’s terror attack outside of Ariel.Beersheba Mayor Ruvik Danilovich mourned the lost member of his city, who he described on his Facebook page as a gifted science and technology student as well as a musician.The city and its residents “bow their heads” in sorrow and pain, Danilovich said. Beersheba’s music conservatory posted photos of Keidan with his mandolin. Those who knew him also left notes on a Youtube video of a 2013 choral performance of a youth choir he participated in.Keidan was the youngest of three siblings, born to parents who immigrated to Israel in the 1970s from the former Soviet Union.
