Indictments were filed in Judean military court on Thursday against two men, Muhammad Rumahi and Sa'id Shalada, for involvement in the murder of Sasson Nuriel about two months ago.
The indictment claims that the two were part of the Hamas cell that abducted Nuriel from his place of employment and planned to demand the release of Palestinian prisoners in return for Nuriel.
Instead of holding the captive for ransom, Hamas members killed the Pisgat Ze'ev resident.
