A 22-year-old man was shot to death by his 60-year-old neighbor during a fight in the Haifa neighborhood of Halisa on Wednesday.
The man was evacuated to the hospital following the shooting, and succumbed to his wounds there, Army Radio reported.
The older man was arrested, and a pistol was found in his possession. Authorities were investigating whether the man had a license for the gun.
