Dan Shomron, former Chief of General Staff Lieutenant - General, has finished presenting the conclusions of his research regarding the Second Lebanon War in the General Staff Forum, Friday afternoon.
Shomron found faults and lacunae in the IDF's handling of the war, but made no individual accusation against active Chief of General Staff Lt. - Gen. Dan Halutz or other high ranking officers.
