3 children dead after truck hits tractor in W.Bank

Tractor driver also killed in accident that left Mavo Dotan residents Idan, 9, Niv, 10, Daniel, 14 dead; one killed, 19 injured in bus accident on Route 5.

Four people were killed and one seriously injured in an accident Wednesday night between a truck and a tractor near Moshav Reihan on Route 596 in northern Samaria.
Three of the dead were children, who were passengers in the truck. All three victims, Idan Kifer, 9, Daniel Amram, 14, and Niv Nasav, 10, were residents of Mavo Dotan in Samaria.

The driver of the tractor, Ata Mahmoud Na'amrani, was a 35-year-old Palestinian resident of the village of Zababde. His death was pronounced on the scene.
The driver of the truck was evacuated by helicopter to Haifa's Rambam Hospital.
The tractor was driving in the median without lights when the truck struck it and flipped over. The truck was carrying propane gas tanks.
Another tragedy on the roads
The accident was followed by another tragedy on the roads as one person was killed and 19 injured after a bus hit a safety barrier and a tow truck on Route 5 Thursday morning.
Magen David Adom Yarkon crews pronounced the death of the bus driver, aged 64, at the scene.
The 12 injured were in light condition and were evacuated to local hospitals.
The bus carried foreign workers from Turkey.
