None hurt as rockets hit w. Negev; cooking oil, fuel for Gaza power plant pumped through Nahal Oz.

Palestinian terrorists in Gaza fired four Kassam rockets at the western Negev on Tuesday morning moments before Israel began its first shipment into the Strip since it imposed a blockade on the territory in response to the incessant rocket attacks.
One of the rockets hit a western Negev kibbutz, two landed at the entrance to Sderot and the fourth hit an open area. No one was wounded and no damage was reported.
Israel pumped cooking oil and fuel for Gaza's power plant through the Nahal Oz crossing. Later in the day it is expected to allow a single shipment of fuel, food and medicine into Gaza through the Kerem Shalom crossing.
Monday night's decision by Defense Minister Ehud Barak to ease the siege on Gaza followed a day of outcry from the Arab world, threats by the Palestinian Authority to end diplomatic negotiations, warnings by UN organizations that food aid would have to be suspended, and criticism from friends, such as visiting Dutch Foreign Minister Maxime Verhagen.
Also Tuesday morning, Palestinian gunmen in Gaza shot at farmers working in a field near Kibbutz Ein Hashlosha.
In addition, gunmen opened fire on an IDF troops near the southern Gaza border fence in two separate incidents.
No one was wounded and no damage was reported in any of the incidents.
