4 Palestinian fugitives arrested by IDF in W. Bank

IDF forces arrested four Palestinian fugitives in the West Bank Wednesday morning.
According to the reports, all four of the arrested were members of Islamic Jihad. Three were arrested west of Ramallah, while the fourth was arrested north of Bethlehem.
