Four Israeli youths aged 18-19 were arrested Monday afternoon for allegedly throwing rocks at Palestinian cars at Jit Junction.
The youths were residents of the Gilad Ranch, owned by Itai Zar.
Two of the cars were damaged, Judea Samaria police reported.
