5 Abu Gosh houses evacuated as blaze breaks out near Ma'aleh Hahamisha

Five houses in northern Abu Gosh were evacuted as a large fire broke out near Kibbutz Ma'aleh Hahamisha Saturday afternoon. A school building on the kibbutz was damaged in the blaze, but no casualties were reported. Firefighting teams had extinguished the blaze by 7 p.m., Israel Radio reported.
