510 Palestinians illegally in Israel caught

During the last 24 hours, Border Police caught 510 Palestinians who were residing in Israel without permits. Around 20 of those apprehended were taken for investigation by the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency), while the majority were returned to PA territory. Three Israelis were arrested on suspicion of transporting the Palestinians into Israel, employing Palestinians who did not have work permits, and finding them sleeping accommodations within Israel. Following Monday's attack in Netanya, Border Police launched widespread searches for Palestinians illegally residing in Israel.
