Warns peace opportunity mustn't be missed, says PA seeking "full agreement," not "understandings."

If the opportunity of reaching an Israeli-Palestinian peace agreement is missed, there will be "anarchy" in the region, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas's spokesman Nabil Abu Rudaineh has warned.
Rudaineh stressed that Palestinians are seeking a "full agreement," a goal he said was set at the Annapolis conference, and would not be satisfied with "understandings."
In a statement issued late Friday, Rudaineh accused Israel of foot-dragging in the peace negotiations.
Meanwhile, more than 80 million dollars has been collected in a World Bank support fund for the PA.
PA Planning Minister Samir Abdullah, who signed an agreement with the World Bank to set up the fund, said that he estimated 300 million dollars would be raised every year.
The funds already collected will be immediately available to the PA, Israel Radio reported.
