Lior Dekel, who was charged last month with raping a 12-year-old girl, was acquitted on Wednesday after the defendant's emotional state rendered her unable to testify against him, Army Radio reported. This was the second time Dekel was cleared of rape charges. Last November, he was released to house arrest after he was acquitted of raping and sodomizing a 16-year-old girl in his home.
