Arab League chief: West Bank construction detrimental to Palestinian state

Arab League Chief Amr Moussa said Wednesday that continued construction in the West Bank was detrimental to a future Palestinian state.
Israel Radio quoted Moussa as saying that the settlements were also creating demographic alterations to the area. Moussa added that he planned to ask the UN Security Council as well as the Quartet to discuss the matter.
