At least 40 injured in Bat-Yam fire

At least 40 elderly citizens were injured Monday afternoon after a fire erupted in a shelter in Bat-Yam. Two of the injured were listed in moderate to serious condition. The injured were evacuated to Wolfson and Tel Hashomer hospitals. Fire fighters are currently working to evacuate residents from the neighboring building.
