The Ayalon freeway has been closed off from the Glilot Junction to the Herzliya turnoff due to a bicycle competition being held in the area, Israel Radio reported on Saturday morning.
Traffic police are at the scene to direct the flow of cars.
Access will be restored at 10 a.m.
