Three people were lightly wounded after Palestinians fired a Kassam rocket into Kibbutz Karmiya from the northern Gaza Strip on Monday afternoon. The rocket scored a direct hit on a residential home in the kibbutz, just north of Ashkelon, causing damages. An 8-month-old baby, whose ear drum was damaged in the explosion, was lightly wounded along with her mother and grandmother, who had both suffered from shock. All three were evacuated by Magen David Adom members to Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon.
