Baker to lead US delegation for Rabin memorial

Former Secretary of State James Baker will lead the US delegation to the events commemorating the 10th anniversary of the assassination of Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin. The White house announced Wednesday that the presidential delegation will also include current Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, US ambassador to Israel Richard Jones, assistant secretary of state for Near East David Welch and deputy national security adviser Elliot Abrams. Former President Bill Clinton and Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton will also attend the events but they will not be part of the official US delegation.
