Bat-Yam man arrested for 'public acts of indecency' against neighbors

A 71-year-old Bat Yam resident was arrested on Monday on suspicion that he harassed his neighbors in his building by performing public acts of indecency.
According to complaints received by the police, the man left threatening letters on the cars of his neighbors, caused damaged to the building, and exposed himself to one of the girls in the building.
During his interrogation, the suspect claimed that he did these acts because one of the neighbors distributed a picture of him dismantling a mezuzah.
