Beinisch slams Friedmann's behavior, vows to ensure court independence

Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch on Sunday once again attacked the pattern of Justice Minister Daniel Friedmann's actions, accusing him of not being responsible for the fate of the justice system.
"This is a faulty outlook on the way in which the justice system must be run," she told reporters in Jerusalem.
Beinisch added that she planned to work on legislation that would ensure the independence of the courts.
