Beit Shemesh gas leak prompts evacuation

More than two dozen Beit Shemesh residential buildings were evacuated Wednesday after a large gas leak, police said. There were no injuries reported in the noon-time incident on Rehov Revital. The Israel Electric Company turned off electricity in the area while the leak was repaired.
